This track contains smoe samples
from other tracks I made. See below:
Samples: return
of the one-up kid - intro, asectic swiftly, oh god
almighty, the outro on scary beach oldie, miranda
- introduction, 8:30 am, riding, 6:18, angry prom,
after party
There are other samples too but I'll
leave them for mystery. The main purpose or "plot"
of this cd would best be described as steppenwolf.
Not the rocking (or should I say, "rockin'") band
with hits such as, "magic carpet ride", "born to
be wild" and many others. I'm talking about the
Herman Hesse book steppenwolf, which is, not so
ironically, where the band steppenwolf got their
name. The ideas expressed in steppenwolf are that
of existentiality, hatred of things (i.e. life,
people, everything in general), getting drunk to
avoid life and it's lifeness, hallucinary imagry,
dancing, and feeling like a caged animal. Not really.
Some of those ideas (if you consider dancing an
idea), are only in parts of the book. I don't know,
I read the fucking book 2 years ago. It was good
though, I recommend it to anyone who can read words.
Anyway, the term steppenwolf is a german term and
essentially it means "hill wolf" or "wolf from the
steppes (which are hills/mountains)". It implies
that the main character guy, who, as the reader
we identify with, is an outcast type guy, like a
hill wolf who comes into town.
