This is the closer. Initially
I was thinking of shouting dates to the beat over
the song (i.e. February 1st, November 3rd, etc.)
but, that being a stupid idea, it was decided against
. Not like I don't like stupid ideas, it's obvious
I love stupid ideas, but you have to draw the line
somewhere, or else you're just a joke.
This song has 2 musical similes. 1) take my breath
away - you know, from "Top Gun". I didnít sample
or even try to reference it but something about
part of the melody sounds like "take my breath away".
2) I will follow him - strangely, the same part
that sounds like "take my breath away" also sounds
like that oldies song, "I will follow him".
Side Note: this kid in Portland, Oregon, whom I
don't know reportedly played this song over and
over again at Anderegg's apartment in Portland.
Evidently this guy was over Andereggs and for at
least 45 minutes kept playing the song stating that
it was perfect. You know something, that guy was
100% right. Wherever you are now, superfan, keep
it real man. Keep it real.
