apologetica part 1-4 annotated

This was either the first or second fugue I ever wrote. I bet I break a lot of the traditional fugue rules but I bet you don't know what the rules are so screw you.

I used the Outkast Aquemini reverse reverb on the backups. I know they didn't invent that reverse reverb trick but they used it nasty (listen to Aquemini off of the Aquemini cd for reference, right when the beat switches, like, 3 minutes in).

The plot of this song is based around getting drunk and having to apologize either right then, when you're still drunk, or the next day when you feel like an asshole. I recorded lighting a cigarette and putting ice in a glass to give the "drinking" feel. Did you feel it?

The other instrumentals (part 2-4) are the usual bastardization of the main song. I guess I gave up on the transitions at this point because these last 3 sections, each with 4-5 tracks, have no special segways into one another. Well that's not entirely true, there is a segway, but not an entire track.
